DAY OF REFLECTION - Sat 9th February 2008

ANCHORING OUR SPIRITUAL PRACTICE

Finding stillness and calmness in the midst of daily life can prove difficult. For many this is extremely challenging, frustrating and , at times, disappointing. The Mystics of all Traditions encourage us to develop a rhythm of spiritual practice (Sadhana). Their advice and guidance is that Spiritual Seekers need to be rooted or anchored in some Spiritual Practice(s) and that these need to suit our own unique personality and the circumstances of our daily life. There is no ‘ One size fits all’ on the spiritual pilgrimage through life.
